Enrollment and Fees
1. How do I enroll my child in Little Sprouts ELC Dubai?
Please email littlesproutsreception@gmail.com or WhatsApp +971 52 475 0789 – We will forward you an application form which will request certain information from you to begin the enrollment process.
2. How can I pay my child’s nursery fees?
Payments can be made using cash, credit card, cheques, or bank transfer.
3. Can I have a refund? Are there any additional charges when enrolling my child?
We have a one-time registration fee when enrolling your child and stationary fee and uniform fee. ALL A NON REFUNDABLE.
4. Are there any specific documents that are needed when enrolling my child?
Yes, please ensure that you provide us with your child’s passport, the passport of both parents, Emirates ID, and Visa (where applicable), copies of your child’s birth certificate, and copies of your child’s immunisation records. Please ensure you provide us with the most up-to-date versions of these documents.
5. Does my child need a uniform?
Yes, your child requires a complete uniform (to be purchased at school)
6. What if I would like to withdraw my child from nursery?
60 calendar days’ written notice is to be given in the event of withdrawing your child from the nursery. This can only be given after 30 calendar days of registration. In the event of no notice the total amount is still to be paid, the fees will still need to be paid.
7. What are the terms and conditions?
Payment terms and conditions are subject to change at any time due to any instruction given by the Dubai Knowledge & Human Development Authority (KHDA)
A minimum of 5 days of attendance is required for children in FS1., FS2, and Year 1
All payments and cheques are due before your child’s first day in the nursery.
Minimum registration to the nursery is one term/three months
Payment can be made by bank transfer in full or split monthly – You will be required to provide a security cheque for the total amount which will be held until the final payment is made.
Fees are effective from the date that is approved by the KHDA.
The registration fee is a one-time payment.
All fees are non-refundable/non-transferable under any circumstances.
To register your child the registration Fee should be paid.
Any missed/sick or isolation days are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Registration deposits do not guarantee an immediate space in the nursery.
A fee of 100 AED will apply for every 20 minutes of being late.
We offer a sibling discount of 10% off for the second child. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
